ABCs of Immix: W is for Walls

Immix Walls allow users to display cameras and other information on videowall screens at the front of a command center and on additional monitors at operator/supervisor workstations.  Walls are often used for environments that are better suited to real-time surveillance as opposed to event-based monitoring.

Walls are highly customizable in that they allows users to display cameras from different sites, map images, alarm queues and even alarm event video clips.  Tiles within Walls can be edited for size and arrangement according to user needs and cameras can be easily swapped in and out in seconds.  Operators can also quickly raise an alarm from the videowall should suspicious or otherwise notable activity be detected.

Walls is a licensable feature in Immix and can be configured from the Walls tab.  Walls does require a separate videowall server due to bandwidth and CPU constraints inherent with constant streaming of multiple live views.
